The Easter Bunny came early to Uptown. He’s been hiding images of eggs all around the businesses and services and the kids of New West are in charge of finding them.
Luckily, he’s left us a map.
Kids and their favourite adults are encouraged to check out the participating businesses to find an Easter egg image hidden onsite. Once the egg is found, they can get their map checked off and will receive an Easter treat!
Any child who visits who has their adult fill out the form on the passport and hand it in to any participating business will be entered to win one of ten secondary prizes and one grand prize. Every business visited gets an entry in the draw (so if you visit all 24, you get 24 entries)
The secondary prizes are comprised of fun items from Patterson Brands, Purdy’s, Dairy Queen, BLENZ Coffee, Park Georgia Realty and CIBC.
The Grand Prize is a $500 GIC from the CIBC Banking Centre at 6th and 6th.
The Easter Egg Hunt runs from April 11th -18th. Easter egg hunters are encouraged to visit any of these businesses during business hours on any of these days-the hunt does not need to be done in just one day. The winner will be announced on the My Uptown Facebook page on April 21.
The bunny has hidden egg pictures at all of the following businesses:
Beachhouse Tanning and Swimwear
CIBC Banking Centre at 6th and 6th
Michelle Dupre Design and Company
Royal City Centre Admin Office (open M-F 9-5)
These pictures will all be easy to find for even the smallest searcher.
