The Uptown Live Summer Series is back—reimagined and extended!
Presented by TD Bank Group, this year’s event spans 10 Saturdays from June 28 to August 30, transforming Uptown New Westminster into a vibrant showcase of local talent. Enjoy busker-style performances in plazas, patios, and on street corners all summer long, with a grand finale event on August 30 that you won’t want to miss!

What is the Uptown Live Summer Series?
The Uptown Live Summer Series is a music and arts event transforming Uptown New Westminster into a vibrant stage every Saturday from June 28 to August 30, 2025. This year’s series features busker-style performances by local artists in plazas, patios, and street corners throughout the Uptown area. The series culminates in a grand finale on August 30, promising an unforgettable celebration of local talent and community spirit.

Because of ongoing construction on the 6th Street sidewalks and Belmont Plaza, we’re unable to use our usual festival footprint. So this summer, we’re taking the show on the road—activating plazas, patios, and street corners around Uptown New West with live performances every Saturday. Don’t worry—we’re planning to bring back the big street festival in 2026!
YES! It is free to attend all dates in the Uptown Live Summer Series.

Yes, rain or shine, the performances go on! Although the rain may require us to move the artist to a more covered location. We will post any changes on social media.
