We LOVE the businesses, services and restaurants in Uptown New West SO MUCH. So we’re sharing that love.
We’re running a contest on our Facebook and Instagram pages to make it easier for you to support our Uptown New West businesses, services and restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many people who have had to shift their daily lives to working from home, staying safe and distant, many businesses have had to shift their normal operations to keep their employees and customers safe.

These businesses are your friends and neighbours. They’ve been here for all of us when we’ve needed them, so we’re doing what we can to be here for them.
We’re running a week-long contest from May 4-May 8 for $400 worth of Gift Certificates from the Uptown New Westminster Business area. Winner’s choice!
Additionally, at the end of the contest period, one $100 Gift Certificate will be purchased for a local business or service based on your suggestions of an Uptown ‘hidden gem’. That business can use this GC to say thank you to their customers, get new customers and share their own love.
To enter, follow the instructions on Facebook and Instagram. You can enter daily on both platforms on the specific contest posts. One winner will be chosen from entries on both platforms.

Enter on Facebook or Instagram. Winners will be drawn at the end of the contest. The contest winner will receive $400 worth of Gift Certificates or vouchers from from any business, restaurant or service in the Uptown New Westminster Business area. The Uptown Business Association will purchase the Gift Certificates from the winner’s chosen establishments. Gift Certificates will be purchased in a minimum of $50 denomination and are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable to another business once purchased. Should a business not be able to reopen, the Gift Certificate is non refundable.
