Try your hand at a healthy, competitive and non-impact sport!

Visitors are always welcome at the New Westminster Lawn Bowling Club, and every May free lawn bowling instruction is offered to anyone, 19 and older, who is interested. The only thing that’s required to take advantage of the offer is a pair of flat-soled shoes and a willingness to have fun. You can join the Club’s competitive members in regional and provincial tournaments, or simply have fun in a non-impact sport that develops strategic thinking, hand-eye coordination and positional coordination. It’s a great way to stay active and make new friends while enjoying the outdoors. Dates for free lawn bowling instruction will be posted on the website when finalized.
